  • Use of Vendor List and Recommendations
  • Vendor Coordination – Venues, Caterers, Rentals, Photographers, Videographers, Florists, DJs or Bands, Photo Booths , Officiants, collecting proposals, checking through details of contracts, payment coordination
  • Attendance at Significant Vendor Meetings – Venue, Caterer, Florist
  • Seating Chart Development
  • Detailed Timeline Management
  • RSVP and Guest List Management
  • Second Planning Meeting + Final Walkthru at Venue
  • Detailed Check-Ins with Vendors for the two weeks prior, to ensure timing and details
  • Rehearsal Coordination

The Big Day:

  • Day of Coordination – Unlimited Hours
  • Line up and Direct Processional and Ceremony
  • Vendor Management
  • Timeline Management
  • Set Up and Breakdown of Personal Items at Wedding – Place cards or escort cards, seating chart, guest book, signage, programs, etc. (Does not include full decoration)
  • Use of Emergency Kit and Steamer

Partial Planner: $1200

  • Use of Vendor List and Recommendations

  • Make hotel and travel accommodations (if needed)
